These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clear Scholr, including the Clear Scholr website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using Clear Scholr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. About Clear Scholr
Clear Scholr is an independent, student-built platform designed to help users organize and understand academic information, including classes, assignments, grades, and GPA.
Clear Scholr is not a school, educational institution, grading authority, or academic advisor. Information provided by Clear Scholr should not be treated as an official school record.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your country or region.
If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use Clear Scholr only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide when creating your account is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You should not share your password or knowingly allow another person to access your account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity resulted from a security issue outside your reasonable control.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact Clear Scholr through the Support feature as soon as possible.
4. Your Information and Content
You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into Clear Scholr, including classes, assignments, grades, and other academic information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the right to provide it to Clear Scholr.
By using the Service, you give Clear Scholr permission to store, process, and display your information as necessary to provide and operate the Service.

5. Academic Information and Projections
Clear Scholr may calculate grades, GPA, trends, projections, and other academic information based on the information you provide.
These calculations are intended to help you understand your academic information. They may not always match the calculations used by your school, teacher, or another grading system.
Projections and other estimates are based on available information and assumptions. They are not guarantees of future grades, academic results, or other outcomes.
You should rely on official records from your school or educational institution for official grades and academic results.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clear Scholr to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Circumvent security or access controls.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the Service to abuse, harass, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to access, collect, or modify information belonging to another user without permission.
- Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract or reproduce parts of the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or the security of our systems.
7. Service Availability and Changes
Clear Scholr is an evolving product. Features, functionality, availability, and design may change over time.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to maintain or improve the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You may stop using Clear Scholr at any time.
You may also delete your account where that functionality is available.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.
10. Disclaimer
Clear Scholr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every user's requirements, operate without interruption, or produce completely accurate calculations or projections.
Clear Scholr does not replace official school records, teachers, counselors, or other qualified academic professionals.
Nothing in Clear Scholr should be interpreted as a guarantee of an academic outcome.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Scholr and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Clear Scholr develops or as legal or operational requirements change.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Clear Scholr after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
